Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy

I know my clients have many options when it comes to massage therapy, and I truly appreciate how loyal and supportive mine are. I also value both my time and my clients’ time, and strive to provide a respectful, reliable, and relaxing experience for everyone.

In order to maintain an organized schedule and ensure availability for all who need care, I kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy:

🔹 24-Hour Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. There is no charge for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

🔹 Same-Day Cancellations
I understand that life happens, and sometimes unexpected things come up. I allow one same-day cancellation without a fee as a courtesy. After that, any additional same-day cancellations will be subject to a charge of 50% of the session price.

🔹 No-Show / No-Call
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session.

As a parent, I arrange childcare in order to be available for my clients, and I schedule my day carefully to best serve you. Following this policy helps ensure I can continue to offer quality care to everyone and keep space available for those on the waiting list.
